The clipping gun

We have been striving for a long time to find the most suitable solution for many of our customers. Through many years of our experience using modern technology, we have developed our own equipment for the application of metal clips in plastic parts for the (mostly) automotive segment. Since our customers could not find a partner who could solve their problem with the application of metal clips. They approached us and we started our own development of equipment that can meet this requirement. The result of the development is a patented clipping device, the aim of which is to make the application of metal clips into plastic parts more efficient and faster. We have developed it in two possible variants – as a manual where an operator is needed who performs the application of clips and even an automated machine using a collaborative or industrial robot. Any company that deals with clipping plastic parts can use the equipment to streamline their processes and thus save money.

Mixture of Hydrogen/Oxygen is produced directly in the using place through hydrogen generator, which consists of electrolyte-tank and electrolyzer using power from engine alternator or accumulator (needed voltage is 24 V)

Electrolyte (mixture water and KOH) is flowing from tank to electrolyzer, and product of decomposition (Hydrogen/Oxygen mixture) flows through the hose back above the electrolyte level in the tank from where it is sucked into the fuel mixture by means of a vacuum in the engine intake pipe and fed into the combustion chamber. Protection against suction of electrolyte droplets from the tank is ensured by installing a droplet separator in the H2 / O2 mixture supply

In this solution, the production of the hydrogen / oxygen mixture is started together with the start of the engine and the produced mixture is consumed on site, while the generator (electrolyser) operation is automatically interrupted when the engine stops, which means that no storage tank is needed to operate the equipment, and there is no danger of hydrogen escaping into the environment
